was an informal meeting held in conjunction with a fundraiser at Sweet Tomatoes

Storage
Area:
The Boosters have been granted access to the locked storage area that was
originally designated for the band room. We will share the area with the
school’s athletic trainer. The administration will notify us when we can move
items to the area.
A.S.U.
Graduation: The Boosters have agreed to work in partnership
with Great Video Productions to earn money handing out flyers at the ASU
Graduation(s) in May. We have done this in the past and usually earn $500.00 if
we can cover the required shifts. Sign up will be available on the website.
Band Camp: The Methodist Church Camp we had hoped to
secure for this year’s Band Camp is not available. Our regular site, Mingus Mountain Camp, has an opening, but it is for the
week before school starts. Doc Bennett is scheduled to have teacher in-service
during that week. Doc will contact the administration about being excused.
