Secretary’s Report:
Motion to approve last month's minutes Erin Toth. Second by Loretta Toll. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report:

Old Business:
Last Friday's Game - Our share of the concessions were $311.52. Received $53 from merchandise sales completed By Judy E.
Bandarama is this Friday night, we will provide a coupon for popcorn at the snackbar.
There was discussion around selling items in the stands during games. There is further discussion needed. Mlee agreed to take to Student government.
Alumni Band
Sharon Morgan discussed. 27 people attended. It went very well. Brought in $540 for t-shirt sales, $170.00 invoiced for costs.
Goldwater Marching Festival
is this week, Saturday. Itinerary is on
the website. 11:30 call time, showtime 4:00pm, 6:15 awards, 7:45 back at
school, State is the following Saturday. 11/7
Fall Festival
It is the 31st
of October at Eldorado Park Softball Fields. Will get the permit on
Friday. Will sell Cotton Candy and Popcorn. Need 1 person to bring
equipment to park. Need to have a copy of vehicle insurance for that
person. Need volunteers to load truck to take over to park. Will
start loading at 5:00pm Need to begin at 6:00pm. Need volunteers in
booth to serve and collect monies.
Concession Stand Staffing Set up is going well. We need
volunteers to work inside and clean this week. Same people are currently
doing the work every week. Looking for some extra volunteers to assist
with this work. Suggested that we all need to take a turn. Suggest
we look at all parents be required to do a shift. May need to begin
calling parents if we do not get enough volunteers to do the work.
SUSD Marching Exhibition is Next Tuesday.
Booster Dues need to be paid prior to next Booster Meeting to be eligible to vote. We will accept payment prior to next weeks meeting. See an E-Board member.

Fundraisers
Red/Blue envelopes Fundraiser - Still collecting money. Need to keep advertising and get the momentum going again. Right now band folks are the only ones contributing. If not a band family there is no reason currently to participate. Will push for more for the Winter Concert. James suggested using e-Invite on the web to invite folks to participate in the drive.
Cookbook fundraiser- Has been postponed. Will continue to gather recipes and try to get out after the first of the year. We would not have time to do before Christmas.
