Announcements:

  

Secretary’s Report: None. Minutes from last E-Board Meeting are posted on the website.

 

Treasurer’s Report: None

 

Fundraisers:

 

Sponsorship Donations:  We are still receiving donations, but we need a plan for next Spring Tour. Fundraising efforts could move forward if we had a plan

 

Albertson’s Community Partners Program: No new information.

 

Sodhexo: Mlee Martineau will coordinate ASU concessions fundraising next year. The contract is in progress- verifying insurance. We will commit 6 people to each home game to work a food stand in the Loge area. Schedule will be posted on the website.

 

Debit Card: Booster account has a debit card. Kathy H suggested activating it and setting up a procedure for Boosters to use it to purchase supplies, etc.

 

Business:

 

Storage: The storage room is open. Everything has been cleared out except 2 golf carts used by maintenance/security. Doc will talk to Mr. Olsen about moving golf carts and a key for access to th ice machine.

 

Band Camp: Band Camp will be Aug. 6 – 10 at Mingus Mountain. We will have a Booster/Band Camp meetimg at 7:00 pm on July 31, 2008 in the Band Room. The rental truck will be picked up Sunday 8/3/08 and loaded early Monday. Students will be registering for classes in the morning and loading the truck. Bus leaves at 2:00 pm. Dinner will be at camp. Chaperones are Doc, Nathan Porter, Bob Ingram, Becky Ingram, Mlee Martineau, Dr. Brauer, Kathy Hermanson, Beth Hermanson, Brianna Ingram, Ruthie Krause. Students are asked to bring snacks to share and 2 gallons of drinking water each. Becky Ingram will bring the medical kit.

 

Football Concessions: No update about the concession stand.

8/6/08 thru 8/10/08: Band Camp @ Mingus Mountain Camp in Prescott
