E-Board Meeting Minutes

Fundraisers:

Simple Fundraiser:  A representative will be present at the August 2nd Booster meeting. He will also come for a home Football game, most likely when we have Bandarama.

 

Coupon Books:   We will try to sell again when school starts. There is a lot left, they don’t expire until 3/31/08.

 

Football Concessions: The Sports/Football Boosters will share concessions with us and the PTO. Bob I will meet with Coach Pasqual to discuss details. It is unknown if we will need County permit/Food Handler Card.

 

Business:

 

Band Camp will be held August 6-11 at Mingus Mountain. We are still in need on one male chaperone. Must be over 21.

 

Truck Rentals: We will need 7 truck rentals for all games/competitions this fall.

8/2/07: Booster Meeting/Mandatory Band Camp Meeting

8/6-8/11, 2007: Band Camp @ Mingus Mountain, Prescott
